Julie is a former Army “brat” who planted roots in Bay County over 30 years ago.  Prior to working for North Florida Title Company, Julie worked as a paralegal and a judicial assistant throughout her 24-year legal career.  In 2016, she began working for a real estate attorney who taught her the ins and outs of the title industry.  What she found is that she really enjoyed helping customers make their home or investment dreams come true. Julie’s experience is rooted in residential closings – be that first time buyers or retirees looking for their forever home.  She also holds a special place in her heart for military families.  

Julie takes pride in doing her job well.  It’s her job to see that the closing process runs in a smooth and seamless manner for North Florida Title Company’s customers.
