I believe developing respectful and kind relationships is the foundation of everything we do, both professionally and personally.

I graduated with a Master ‘s degree in Economics, Banking and Finance in 2002 and earned 15 years of diverse experience in the banking industry, where I started as a loan officer of the Commercial Bank and over the years advanced to a Manager of the Credit Department. That is why I understand the importance of the timely and ‘on-point’ communications with Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers, Buyers, Sellers, Attorneys, Insurance Companies, Appraisers and Inspectors, to complete a transaction smoothly.

I came to work for the North Florida Title Company from another Floridian Title Company, where I was performing the closings services in the various Counties in Florida, but mostly on the properties at the Bay, Walton and Okaloosa counties. I worked there a little over 17 months, after moving to Florida from Dothan, Alabama, where I worked at The Law Firm as a Real Estate Closing Specialist, assisting the Closing Attorney.

Personal:

I was born in Russia and grew up on the shores of the Gulf of Finland. At the age of 17 I moved out of my parent’s home and entered the Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. After graduation I worked in various Commercial Banks in mortgage lending.

I moved to the USA in 2016, lived in Alabama and Nevada, and moved to Florida in 2021. My husband Matthew and I are raising a daughter (13yo) and son (11 yo). Our daughter plays regional volleyball and son plays basketball, so we do a lot of traveling. We love discovering new places and meeting new people. We strive to learn new things every day and prefer to spendweekends together going walking at the local parks and beaches. When I have an inspiration, I like to create handmade interior toys and décor elements and enjoy gardening.
